Tampa Estate Planning Lawyer
We are ready to guide you to a completed estate plan, here is our process:
Pre-drafting appointment
After your initial consultation, if you decide to move forward, you will pay your deposit and sign a contract. Once that is completed, you will meet with our Associate Attorney Erik De L'Etoile for your pre-drafting appointment. He will go over the specifics with you and obtain the necessary information needed to draft the documents for your estate plan.
Drafting
Following your meeting with Associate Attorney Erik, he will draft all the documents for your estate plan. This part takes approximately 1-2 weeks depending upon the complexity of your estate plan.
Document Review
You will review your documents with Associate Attorney Erik. He will make any necessary edits and get the documents back. Upon your final approval we will schedule signing.
Signing
We will work with you to schedule a time for the signing of the documents in your estate plan. You will come into our office where you will sign the documents, witnesses will sign, and the documents will be notarized. We will make you additional copies of each document for you and collect final payment.
